Qualifikationen

• Minimum of two years kitchen leadership experience.
• ServeSafe Certification required.
• Nutrition/dietary schooling/experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a smoke-free, drug-free environment.
• Passion for the Roundup River Ranch mission.

Aufgaben

• Implement best practices to ensure special diets are met and cross-contamination is prevented.
• Maintain organized and sanitary kitchen areas daily.
• Support food deliveries and proper storage of goods.
• Assist with meal preparation and service for up to 200 people per shift.
• Oversee meal production as directed by the Food Services Manager.
• Maintain daily cleaning and sanitation schedules and temperature logs.
