Wolfoods is seeking an experienced Food Service Operations Director to lead daily culinary and service operations at our rural summer camp facilities. This on-site, live-in role oversees staff, budgets, and all allergen safety programs in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

You will recruit, train, and manage FOH and kitchen teams, ensure menu specs and scratch cooking standards, and maintain health department sanitation compliance. Expect a demanding but rewarding seasonal contract.

Competenze

• 4+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch and institutional/batch cooking experience.
• ServSafe Manager Certification; Allergens awareness before start date.

Mansioni

• Lead FOH and kitchen staff; schedule and train team.
• Oversee operational flow, portions, menu specs, and scratch cooking.
• Manage allergen protocols and sanitation standards.
• Handle inventory, procurement, and budgeting.
• Serve as liaison with campers, leadership and Wolfoods corporate.
