Job summary

Wolfoods seeks an experienced Food Service Operations Director to lead daily culinary and service operations at our rural summer camp facilities. This hands-on leadership role oversees FOH and kitchen staff, budgeting, and allergen safety in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

The on-site, live-in position requires a strong focus on safety, teamwork, and guest satisfaction across seasonal May–Sept, with competitive pay, a bonus, room and board, and travel support.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch and institutional/batch cooking.
• ServSafe Manager Certified; ServSafe Allergens required before start date (company-sponsored).
• Strong leadership, budgeting ability, and high computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily culinary and service operations, including staff scheduling and training.
• Manage inventory, orders, budgeting, and daily reporting.
• Enforce allergen safety protocols and Health Department sanitation standards.
• Serve as liaison between kitchen operations, campers, camp leadership, and Wolfoods corporate office.
