Job summary

Wolfoods is seeking an experienced Food Service Operations Director for a hands-on leadership role at our rural summer camps. You will oversee daily culinary and service operations, staff management, budgeting, and allergen safety to maintain top standards in a fast-paced environment.

This on-site, live-in position requires leading a high-volume operation, ensuring menu specs and strict allergen controls while coordinating with camp leadership and Wolfoods corporate office.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch and institutional/batch cooking experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, and train Front of House and kitchen staff, fostering a high-energy environment.
• Oversee operational flow, portion control, menu specs, scratch cooking, and timely meal service.
• Strictly manage food allergy protocols and maintain Health Department sanitation standards.
• Manage inventory, place food orders, control budgets, and track daily reporting.
• Serve as the liaison between kitchen operations, campers, camp leadership and Wolfoods corporate office.
