Job summary

Wolfoods seeks an experienced Food Service Operations Director to lead all daily culinary and service operations at our rural summer camp facilities. This on-site, live-in role requires hands-on leadership of FOH and kitchen staff, budgeting, and allergen safety in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

The position emphasizes menu specs, scratch cooking, training, and maintaining top sanitation standards, with a 6-day work week and competitive seasonal pay, plus room & board and travel

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role.
• ServSafe Manager Certified; Allergens certification required before start date.
• Able to stand long hours and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, and train FOH and kitchen staff; foster a high-energy environment.
• Oversee daily culinary and service operations, staff management.
• Manage inventory, budgeting, and daily reporting.
• Ensure allergen safety and sanitation standards are maintained.
• Liaise between kitchen operations, campers, camp leadership and Wolfoods HQ.
