Galileo Learning, LLC is seeking an experienced Camp Director to lead our K–8th grade summer camps. You will be the site General Manager and public face, opening a Camp Galileo location in your community and leading a dynamic team to deliver joyful, safe, and high-quality camper experiences.

You will oversee operations, safety, parent communications, and staff development across the camp season (March–September 2027), with phased workloads and compensation tied to preseason prep, camp weeks, and

Competenze

• 3+ years of experience working directly with students in an education setting
• Minimum 1 year of experience managing or supervising adult staff
• Proven experience creating safe, inclusive environments for children and building trust with families
• Proven experience setting clear expectations, giving ongoing feedback, and coaching staff to improve
• Proven experience managing scheduling and payroll
• Ability to complete trainings and meet state requirements to work with children
