Job summary

Wolfoods seeks an experienced Food Service Operations Director for a hands-on leadership role at a network of rural summer camps. You will oversee daily culinary and service operations, staff management, budgeting, and allergen safety in a fast-paced on-site environment.

This seasonal, 6-day/70-hour schedule requires living on-site and delivering high-quality scratch cooking, strong team leadership, and strict food-safety compliance while coordinating with campers and camp leadership.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch and institutional/batch cooking experience.
• ServSafe Manager Certification required; Allergens certification before start date; company-sponsored.

Responsibilities

• Lead FOH and kitchen staff, schedule, and train team.
• Oversee culinary operations, portion control, menu specs, and timely service.
• Manage allergen safety protocols and sanitation standards.
• Administer inventory, purchasing, and budgeting with daily reporting.
• Serve as liaison between campers, staff, and Wolfoods corporate office.
