Wolfoods, Inc. seeks a Food Service Operations Director for a hands-on leadership role at our rural summer camp facilities. You will oversee daily culinary and service operations, manage staff, budgeting, and allergen safety in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

This is an on-site, live-in position with a demanding 6-day/70-hour workweek. We offer full room and board, competitive pay with bonus potential, and travel allowance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch and institutional cooking experience.
• ServSafe Manager Certification; Allergens knowledge required before start date.

Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, and train FOH and kitchen staff; foster a high-energy, positive environment.
• Oversee culinary quality, portion control, menu specs, scratch cooking, and timely meal service.
