Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch and institutional cooking experience.
• ServSafe Manager Certified; Allergens certification required before start date; company-sponsored.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory, ordering, and budgeting; track daily reporting.
