Wolfoods is seeking an experienced Food Service Operations Director for a hands-on leadership role at our rural summer camp facilities across the US.

You will oversee daily culinary and service operations, staff scheduling, budgeting, and allergen safety, ensuring high standards in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This on-site, seasonal contract requires a 6-day, 70-hour week, live-in arrangements, and a commitment to exceptional camp dining.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch and institutional/batch cooking.
• ServSafe Manager Certified (Allergens required before start date; company-sponsored).
• Strong leadership, budgeting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in hot/cold kitchen settings.
• Willing to live on-site in a rustic setting and work a 6-day/70-hour week.

Aufgaben

• Lead, schedule, and train FOH and kitchen staff; foster a high-energy environment.
• Oversee operational flow, portion control, menu specs, and scratch cooking.
• Manage allergen safety protocols and maintain sanitation standards.
• Control budgets, inventory, food orders, and daily reporting.
• Act as liaison between kitchen operations, campers, and Wolfoods corporate office.
