Job summary

Wolfoods is seeking an experienced, high-energy Food Service Operations Director for a hands-on leadership position at our rural summer camps. You will oversee daily culinary and service operations, staff management, budgeting, and allergen safety in a fast-paced, high-volume environment on-site.

This live-in role requires a 6-day, 70-hour week, a ServSafe Manager certification, and the ability to lead FOH and kitchen teams across multiple facilities while ensuring exceptional camp dining and

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch and institutional/batch cooking experience.
• ServSafe Manager Certification (Allergens required before start date; company-sponsored).
• Strong leadership, budgeting capability, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, and train Front of House and kitchen staff; foster a high-energy, positive environment.
• Oversee operational flow, portion control, menu specs, scratch cooking execution, and timely meal service.
