Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience is required for facilities engineering and operations.
• Strong technical understanding of plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems.
• Proficient in problem-solving and able to work in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of engineering and technology activities at assigned properties.
• Coordinate activities of third-party engineering staff.
• Provide status updates to the property management team.
