Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years hands-on facilities management experience.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, compressors, and water systems.
• Experience with Confluence and JIRA for documentation.
• Proven project management capability.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, maintain, and complete preventative maintenance as documented by QMS.
• Support building HVAC and water-cooling systems; perform minor maintenance.
• Coordinate and manage outside vendor services and contracts.
• Ensure OSHA and safety procedures; lead safety trainings as needed.
• Maintain documentation and support post-testing activities.
