You will ensure Earned Value compliance across cost, schedule, and technical scope, and lead EV assessments for management at all levels, including the EV reviews for the Executive level.

Qualifications

• Experience in material inventory control or production control.
• Strong Earned Value Management and cost-variance reporting.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional reviews and present complex data to leadership.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools.
• Experience with root-cause corrective action (RCCA) and problem solving.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee MIC activities for Program and Core Production Control at the Marietta site.
• Ensure Earned Value compliance across cost, schedule and technical scope.
• Prepare and distribute MIC cost‑performance metrics and monthly EAC figures.
• Lead cross‑functional reviews and communicate performance data to senior leadership.
• Support staffing targets, cost/schedule analysis, and continuous-improvement in Production Control.
