Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking a Project Engineer to serve as CAM for Ground Production Operations within the LRHW program. You will manage multiple control accounts, maintain baselines, and ensure performance, cost, and schedule compliance while reporting to IPT leadership.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, or related technical field.
• Experience: 2+ years in managing scope, schedule, and cost within a project or program.
• Working knowledge of earned value management (EVM) principles and practices.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret cost and schedule data.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional IPT structure.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• US Citizen with ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance

Responsibilities

• Serve as CAM for multiple Ground Production Operations control accounts.
• Develop, maintain, and manage cost, schedule, and technical baselines for assigned control accounts.
• Monitor performance, identify variances, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Prepare and deliver regular cost, schedule, and technical status updates to IPT leadership and program management.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, production, supply chain, finance, and scheduling teams to ensure alignment with program execution.
• Support earned value management (EVM) activities, including variance analysis and estimate-at-complete (EAC) updates.
• Ensure control account work aligns with program requirements, milestones, and risk management plans.
• Contribute to internal reviews, customer reviews, and program audits as required.
