Lockheed Martin Corp. in Marietta, GA seeks a Project Management & Planning Operations Representative Associate - Level 1 to support the AMMM Sustainment team, tracking and reporting supply-related metrics and helping manage EVMS compliance across development and modification contracts.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Operations Management or related field with at least 1 year of professional experience; responsibilities include cost, schedule, and performance analysis,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Operations Management or related business field with at least 1 year of professional experience.
• Experience in Cost/Control Account Management, Project Management, Scheduling, Accounting or Finance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including PowerPoint and Excel (pivot tables, conditional formatting, charts).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for managing AMMM Sustainment supply cost, technical, and schedule performance across development and modification contracts.
• Analyze monthly Estimate at Complete (EAC) updates.
• Track material requirements to ensure On-Time Delivery aligned with contractual due dates.
• Collect and organize contract closure evidence and documentation.
• Perform monthly financial and schedule analysis to validate supply obligations, expenditures, and EACs.
• Prepare and present variance analyses and explanations to CDS Supply and AMMM leadership.
• Support senior leadership briefings by presenting EVMS status of all Supply Operations cost accounts.
• Ensure adherence to Earned Value Management System (EVMS) practices and maintain positive performance metrics.
