Responsibilities

• Program Integration – Align and coordinate the Production Build Plan with Operations; ensure all manufacturing plans are developed, maintained, and executed on schedule and within budget.
• Strategic Translation – Convert Product Center strategy into forecasting, resource allocation, and earned‑value tracking.
• Financial & Schedule Ownership – Serve as the CAM; provide financial accountability through EV reporting and variance analysis.
• Performance Metrics – Track indicators such as PI and HPU; support on‑time delivery and affordability goals.
• Reporting & Liaison – Produce EV/financial reports and coordinate with stakeholders across functions.
• Risk & Opportunity Management – Maintain a risk register and implement mitigation actions.
