Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in Cost/Control Account Management, Project Management, Accounting, Scheduling, or Finance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Excel (pivot tables, conditional formatting, charts). SAP or similar ERP tools experience; basic EVMS.

Responsibilities

• Manage cost, schedule, and technical scope for sustainment control accounts.
• Perform Earned Value Management duties including baseline planning, tracking performance, and variances.
• Provide regular financial analyses and forecasts to align with program goals.
• Develop and maintain CEACs (Comprehensive Estimates at Completion).
• Prepare and deliver leadership briefings on performance, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with integrated product teams across engineering, supply chain, and logistics.
