Job summary

Cooperative Response Center Inc seeks Customer Service Representatives to handle inbound calls from electric cooperative members in a 24/7 call center. You will use CRC Link and related software to resolve inquiries with professionalism and empathy.

The role offers full-time and part-time schedules, with shift differentials for 2nd and 3rd shifts, weekend availability, and comprehensive benefits. Training begins October 5, 2026.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills required.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret instructions.
• Proven ability to type quickly and accurately.
• Proficiency with CRC Link and call center software.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Take incoming calls for cooperative members and address inquiries.
• Maintain a high level of service and meet performance targets.
• Use de-escalation techniques to resolve difficult situations.
• Participate in classroom and on-the-job training to gain product knowledge.
