Job summary

Cooperative Response Center is a 24/7 Call Center serving electric cooperatives across the United States. You will handle member inquiries with a calm, professional voice and ensure reliable support during outages and bill pay, without making sales or collections.

The role offers evening shifts, weekend availability, and the potential to work remotely after 90 days with proven attendance and performance.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, analyze and interpret instructions.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• 1+ years of Customer Service experience required.
• Experience in a Call Center setting preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take incoming calls for cooperative members and provide courteous, accurate information.
• Maintain a high level of service and meet performance targets.
• Use de-escalation techniques to handle difficult situations.
