The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and able to stay calm in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls in a professional manner.
• Gather accurate information for towing, recovery, and roadside service requests.
• Enter service requests into our dispatch system.
• Verify customer, vehicle, and location information.
• Communicate call details to dispatchers.
• Provide updates and assistance to customers as needed.
