Community College of Aurora is seeking a Call Center Work-Study to support our student and community services from CentreTech Campus in Aurora. The role focuses on phone-based assistance, ensuring accurate information and a courteous customer experience for all callers.

The position is available to students eligible for Federal Work-Study, with duties including answering calls, guiding inquiries, and assisting with campus processes.

Job Summary:

The Call Center Work-Study role primarily involves phone-based communication with students and community members. The Call Center is dedicated to delivering an exceptional service experience to every person we assist. We achieve this by listening attentively and impartially, treating everyone with respect, and providing prompt, accurate, and thorough responses.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming phone calls in a timely and professional manner
• Provide quality customer service
• Assist students with the getting started process and questions about CCA
• Knowledgeable of school policies & procedures
• Informed about campus closures, events, and other happenings on campus
• Data entry as assigned
• Supporting with call campaigns as assigned

Work-Study Eligibility Requirements

This position is available exclusively to CCA students who are eligible to participate in the Federal Work-Study program. If you are unsure whether you qualify for work-study, please contact the Financial Aid Office at 303-360-4709 or email [e-mail] for assistance.

Work Study Eligibility Requirements:

• Must have a completed FAFSA on file
• Must be enrolled in a minimum of six (6) credit hours
• Must not have already earned a first bachelor’s degree
• Must be pursuing an eligible program of study

Selection Process:

All submitted applications will undergo an initial review to verify work-study eligibility. Applicants who meet the eligibility requirements will have their applications forwarded to the hiring manager for consideration. The hiring manager will contact selected candidates to schedule an interview.

Applicants who do not meet work-study eligibility requirements will not be advanced in the selection process. Questions regarding work-study eligibility should be directed to the Financial Aid Office.
