Job summary

The Welcome Center at Community College of Aurora CentreTech Campus in Aurora is hiring a Welcome Center Student Ambassador to assist prospective and current students with campus tours, the Getting Started process, and Open House events. This work-study role supports a diverse campus community.

You will perform data entry, issue student IDs, help visitors locate services, and share information about campus policies while demonstrating friendliness, flexibility, patience, and reliable customer

Work-Study Eligibility Requirements

This position is available exclusively to CCA students who are eligible to participate in the Federal Work-Study program. If you are unsure whether you qualify for work-study, please contact the Financial Aid Office at 303-360-4709 or email [e-mail] for assistance.

Work-Study Eligibility Requirements:

• Must have a completed FAFSA on file
• Must be enrolled in a minimum of six (6) credit hours
• Must not have already earned a first bachelor’s degree
• Must be pursuing an eligible program of study

Selection Process:

All submitted applications will undergo an initial review to verify work-study eligibility. Applicants who meet the eligibility requirements will have their applications forwarded to the hiring manager for consideration. The hiring manager will contact selected candidates to schedule an interview.

Applicants who do not meet work-study eligibility requirements will not be advanced in the selection process. Questions regarding work-study eligibility should be directed to the Financial Aid Office.
