Cellular Sales is seeking a Call Center Representative to provide ongoing support to the current sales force in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates will be creative and analytical, able to adopt feedback to improve productivity and follow established procedures.

Responsibilities include following up on leads, handling customer inquiries by phone and text, and generating sales leads while adhering to scripts.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required
• Experience in a call center or customer service environment preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Data entry and typing skills (including 10-key)
• Strong communication and organizational abilities

Responsibilities

• Follow up on distributed leads
• Generate store traffic and contribute to market success
• Handle customer inquiries by phone and text
• Support sales force by generating sales leads
• Follow communication scripts for different topics
• Research required information using available resources
• Provide customers with product and service information
• Take feedback and criticism to improve productivity and performance
