Job summary

Kelly Services is assisting a local client in seeking energetic and passionate Contact Center Customer Service Representatives in Syracuse, NY. This on-site role emphasizes delivering outstanding service for fuel and propane inquiries, orders, and troubleshooting.

You will schedule service calls, build rapport with customers, and contribute to improving service processes. Training runs 10/26–11/20, 8am–4pm, Monday–Friday, with shifts varying after completion.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous call center experience preferred.
• Proficiency with customer-service software and multitasking.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Must work ON-SITE! This job is NOT REMOTE!
• Must commit to one full month of training with NO MISSED TIME! Class starts 10/26-11/20 8am-4pm Monday-Friday.
• Shifts then vary after training.
• Positive attitude and a genuine desire to help customers.
• Strong empathy and ability to connect with customers on a personal level.
• Willingness to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.
