JobSource is currently hiring Customer Service Representatives to work from home for a Healthcare Industry.

JOB DETAILS:

Pay Ranges: $14.00-15.00/hr

Shifts Available:
1st shift
Monday -Friday 8AM-5:00PM (Pacific Time)

***Must have your own laptop, headset, and ethernet connection***

Role and Responsibilities

  1. Make regular and persistent phone calls and/or other means of contact with each facility to complete retrieval of medical records via fax, mail, remote electronic medical record access, or scheduling visits at the provider location.
  2. Meet established expectations and take responsibility for achieving results; encourage others to do the same.
  3. Effectively communicate with team members and external providers to ensure adherence to challenging project timelines.
  4. Consistently model and inspire high levels of integrity, live up to commitments, and take responsibility for the impact of one's actions.
  5. Increase skills and knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, outreaching in queues, and any additional duties assigned.
  6. Enhance department reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing goals and exploring new opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
  7. Complete additional tasks as required to support the division.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Positive attitude, attention to detail, and utilization of common sense.
  • Outgoing and engaging personality with a client service focus.
  • Team player with ability to build and maintain relationships with cross-functional business partners, external partners, and others.
  • Proficient in verbal and written communication.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and typing at least 35 WPM.
  • Dependability.
  • Make regular and persistent phone calls and/or other means of contact with each facility to complete each order timely.
