Customer Service / Remote - Anywhere in U.S. / $18+ per hour / Medical, dental & vision / 401k match / PTO

As a Call Center Rep at Sonsio, your responsibilities include:

  1. Answering and responding to incoming customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information across all lines of service.
  2. Providing exceptional customer service and friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt support for internal and external customers by addressing and resolving inquiries, issues, and complaints via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels.
  3. Accurately entering and updating customer information, interactions, and case details in Salesforce.
  4. Collaborating effectively with team members and other departments to coordinate customer support efforts and resolve issues.
