Job summary

CARCHEX is seeking Call Center Representatives for Lead Qualification and Sales Support to join our Pre-Sales Team at our Hunt Valley, MD headquarters. This role features fast-paced, customer-focused work and a path for career growth.

You will work full-time, Monday through Friday, with two shift options, and you will be compensated at $20.00–$22.00 per hour. We provide paid training, ongoing coaching, and a comprehensive benefits package.

What You'll Do

As a Call Center Representative (Pre-Sales/Customer Service), you'll be one of the first voices our customers hear. You'll connect with customers who are interested in learning more about vehicle protection and help get them to the right member of our Sales Team.

This is a customer-focused role where your communication skills, energy, and ability to connect with people matter.

You'll:

• Connect with customers from across the country
• Create a positive first impression through friendly, engaging conversations
• Ask qualifying questions and verify customer information
• Introduce customers to CARCHEX vehicle protection solutions
• Identify customer needs and determine appropriate next steps
• Connect qualified customers with a Sales Representative
• Deliver a professional, customer-first experience on every call

Compensation

Pay Range: $20.00–$22.00+ per hour

Compensation within the range will be based on relevant experience, skills, and qualifications.

Schedule

Full-Time | Monday–Friday

Choose from two 8-hour schedules:

• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Overtime opportunities available.
