LHH is seeking a Call Center Representative in Malvern, PA for an onsite, customer-focused role within the home improvement and design industry. The position handles a high volume of inbound/outbound calls, schedules appointments, updates records, and supports daily customer service operations.

The ideal candidate communicates effectively, multitasks well, and delivers exceptional phone support. Both full-time and part-time schedules are available with evening/weekend hours as listed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer a high volume of inbound customer calls and direct inquiries appropriately.
• Manage multiple phone lines and handle concurrent customer interactions efficiently.
• Schedule consultations, appointments, and service-related visits.
• Place outbound calls to confirm appointments, installations, and customer requests.
• Process customer payments through electronic payment systems.
• Accurately update and maintain customer information within company databases.
• Route paperwork and customer documentation to appropriate departments.
• Assist with general administrative and customer service tasks as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive customer experience.
