El Paso Dentistry 4 Kids (Dyer) is seeking a compassionate Dental Assistant to join our Kids Dental Brands team. You will work chairside with dentists, take and process X-rays, sterilize instruments, and educate families to support high-quality care in a welcoming, child-friendly environment.

The role requires RDA certification and CPR/BLS, a daytime schedule with no nights, plus benefits including health coverage, 401(k), PTO, holidays, and wellness days.

What You’ll Do

• Work chairside with dentists to support high-quality patient care
• Take and process dental radiographs (X-rays)
• Prepare, sterilize, and maintain dental instruments and equipment
• Assist with procedures including impressions, extractions, and fillings
• Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene (brushing, flossing, nutrition)
• Review medical histories, take vitals (blood pressure and pulse), and update records
• Help children feel comfortable and confident before, during, and after treatment
• Provide post-treatment care instructions to patients and families

Position Requirements

• Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification
• Current CPR/BLS Certification

$14 - $20 an hour

Monthly Bonus Potential of up to $300
