The Big Task

Showcasing your abilities and skills to promote a five-star customer experience for our clients. Converting inbound and outbound calls into booked service appointments for the team.

• Apply your experience to learn our proven call scripts to provide an authentic and professional call experience for our valued customers.
• Participate in training so that you grow and develop as a professional.
• Maintain and update our customer database with complete and accurate information.
• Maintain communication with dispatch and your manager.
