LBT of Oklahoma City is seeking an experienced Confirmation Call Center Manager to lead our call center team. This role oversees daily operations of the confirmation department, supervises representatives, and ensures appointments are confirmed to support the sales team.

The ideal candidate has prior call center management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Evening and weekend availability may be required.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales representatives' schedules.
