Qualifications

• 2+ years of Customer Service experience required.
• 1+ year of Call Center experience preferred.
• Experience with ServiceTitan or in the home services industry is a plus.
• Strong computer skills with MS Word, email and CRM/CMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
• Provide solutions, resolve concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Actively listen to customer needs and clarify information as needed.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with customers and team members.
