Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to all callers.

• Place outbound calls to seek authorization to proceed with servicing a down unit.
• Meet and/or exceed call center metrics.
• Adapt to change and accept constructive feedback.
• Develop understanding of Idealease Best Practices.
• Have a basic understanding of facilitating service assignments.
