You've done the calls. Now it's time to lead the team. Now hiring a Call Center Associate to bring energy, skill, and leadership to our call center, guiding a crew that keeps customers happy and business moving.

This role is responsible for

• Recruiting and generating participants for client market research projects with the utmost integrity and professionalism.
• Screen participants, follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential participants including targeted web search in specific databases.
• Achieve set metrics such as recruiting and participation goals, number of calls, and other pertinent metrics.
• Able to work in an environment that is both repetitive and ever changing.
• Must possess a professional, polished, and assertive business communication style. You should also feel comfortable conversing with all levels of an organization.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, manage projects and understand a sense of urgency and production balance with excellent customer service, quality, and professionalism.
• Ensure that data collected is reliable and valid; that the work performed falls within the framework of the project's schedule of work.
• Being able to assist in varying data entry tasks including label making, screener entry, and report population if recruiting is light for a period of time.

Requirements:

• A high school diploma or GED (college classes are a bonus).
• 1+ year in a call center, plus experience leading or supervising a team.
