Job summary

Adecco is seeking a Customer Service Agent in Moline, Illinois to handle incoming calls, identify customers and service technicians, and dispatch calls. The position is long-term temp-to-hire with starting pay of $17 to $18 per hour for bilingual candidates.

Benefits are offered after one week of employment. Required qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year in a call center or related environment, and the ability to work weekends, holidays, and in-office.
