Job summary

Qualifications

• Ensure implementation and compliance of the QA Management System across all applicable departments.
• Maintain compliance with documentation systems, customer portals, and quality reporting requirements.
• Update Control Plans, Work Instructions, Operator Standards, and other quality documentation.
• Participate in documentation preparation.
• Conduct internal audits and support external/customer audits.
• Lead cross-functional teams through 8D corrective action investigations and implementation.
• Utilize problem-solving tools such as 5 Why Analysis, Ishikawa (Fishbone) Diagrams, Pareto Charts, and trend analysis.
• Develop tools to collect, analyze, and report quality data.
• Conduct statistical studies and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
• Drive error elimination measures and process optimization initiatives.
