Job summary

Angel City VA is seeking a customer-oriented individual to handle call center responsibilities, including answering calls, scheduling appointments, and managing communications. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of call center experience and medical office experience, along with familiarity with ECW. Strong typing skills and internet access are required. The schedule is Monday to Friday from 7:45 AM to 5:00 PM with flexible call volume expectations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of call center experience required.
• At least 1 year of medical office experience preferred.
• Experience with ECW for at least 6 months is necessary.
• Must be a fast typist with a minimum of 60 words per minute.
• Must have access to reliable internet.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls professionally.
• Schedule patient appointments as needed.
• Take and relay messages accurately.
• Reschedule appointments as necessary.
• Confirm appointments with patients.
• Look up necessary authorizations.
• Fax and email materials as required.
