A leading company is seeking a customer service representative to handle inbound calls regarding tax compliance and information requests. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a positive attitude, with potential for permanent employment based on performance. This role requires a high school diploma and at least one year of recent call center experience. Candidates must reside in the Greater Phoenix Metro area and have the ability to work remotely with necessary equipment.

Responsible for professionally and courteously serving customers by handling all inbound telephone calls pertaining to individual and business-related tax compliance, delinquency, and general information requests. Candidates should have a bias for doing the right thing and serving others with a positive attitude.
Spanish-speaking
At least one year of consecutive experience in each of the last two positions within a fast-paced call center environment, preferably in finance, banking, insurance, or telecommunications (non-technical support).
Experience with process improvement activities, basic math skills, and a background in banking.
High school diploma or equivalent
Associate's Degree or higher
This position offers potential for permanent employment for dependable agents who perform well and align with company culture. Candidates must pass pre-employment checks including background, fingerprinting, and tax record verification for the past 5 years.
Note: Short employment history may not be considered. Call center experience must be recent (minimum 1 year). Call center roles should not include switchboard or dispatch tasks. Candidates must be able to transport necessary equipment (micro desktop, monitors, keyboard, mouse, headset) and reside within 1 hour of Phoenix or Tucson. R2R and cover letter are required.
