In partnership with our client, a leading global device manufacturing company, we are actively searching for Call Center Agent to deliver on our commitment to serve patients.

Responsibilities:

· Conduct in/outbound calls to notify potentially affected facilities.

· Maintain appropriate level of confidentiality and a high level of professionalism.

· Adhere to provided script and messaging protocols.

· Data entry and management within provided database.

· General clerical duties

· Perform research to schedule remediation trips for recalls.

· Polite and professional phone demeanor

· Applies knowledge and skills to complete own work.

Qualifications

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Prior customer service experience required

· Use of SAP and Salesforce (plus but not needed)

· Working knowledge of the medical/hospital setting required (plus but not needed)

· Experienced handling escalated/unsatisfied customers required

· Working knowledge of Microsoft office: Outlook, Excel, Microsoft Word

· Detail-oriented, well organized and able to handle multiple tasks.

The potential base pay range is from $20 to $23 per hour, depending on experience.

Willing to work 7am to 3:30 PST but also flexibility if hours change.

Work from home.

The potential base pay range for this role is $20-$23 per hour. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time).
