Responsibilities

• Answer phones professionally and provide information on banking products and services.
• Learn and discuss account products including consumer and business offerings.
• Handle basic bookkeeping and loan inquiries; avoid relaying messages unnecessarily.
• Process stop payments, check orders, and debit card restrictions.
• Assist customers with internet banking and mobile banking enrollment and access.
• Help customers reset passcodes and enroll in electronic statements.
• Guide customers in downloading and using the mobile app and online services.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Details: Level: Entry, Job Location: HB Q12 - QUINCY, IL 62301, Position Type: Full Time, Education Level: High School, Salary Range: $19.00 - $21.00 Hourly, Job Shift: Any, Job Category: Banking, This position can be based out of any of our HOMEBANK locations!

• Ability to answer phones professionally
• Working knowledge and use of Call Center Operating Software;
• Ability to answer basic bookkeeping and loan inquiry calls without relaying messages to other employees or departments;
• Stop payments;

• Ability to learn and discuss Account products;

• Interest Rates;
• Credit Card Information;
• Basic knowledge and understanding of Internet Banking/Mobile Banking
• Assisting Customer change passcode and login over the phone;
• Helping customer enroll in E-Statements
• Ability to reset internet banking passcodes
• Assist customer in downloading mobile banking app, accessing accounts, using app.
• Other Duties as assigned
