Job summary

CDM Smith in California seeks a strategic Discipline Leader for water reuse projects. You will guide the planning, design and delivery of water reuse, drinking water and wastewater programs, spanning pursuit and delivery phases, and contribute to the firm’s technical leadership.

You will mentor staff, collaborate with Practice Leaders and sales teams to grow capabilities and win work, and present at conferences to raise the firm's visibility while ensuring regulatory compliance and quality

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
15 years of related experience.
Willingness to travel domestically/internationally as needed.

Responsibilities

Provides guidance and coordinates with subject matter experts on water reuse, drinking water, and wastewater projects.
Collaborates with leadership to support proposals and reviews for compliance and best practices.
Ensures documents meet federal, state, and local regulations and quality standards.
Attends conferences to contribute to technical leadership and firm visibility.
Mentors staff and develops them for growth within the discipline.
