• Coach Distributor Managers and Sales Specialists to raise performance.
• Partner with Finance to evaluate investment effectiveness and resource allocation.
• Present state plans and performance updates to Sales Director for regional planning.
• Drive execution and accountability across distribution, depletion, and activation.
