Job summary

Alliance Laundry System LLC is seeking a Distribution - Install Manager to coordinate and supervise installation operations for commercial laundry equipment in the Corona, CA area.

The role leads installers, schedules labor, and ensures safety, quality, and timely delivery. Strong leadership, organizational, and technical skills are required to manage projects and customer satisfaction effectively.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; 2+ years of supervisor/lead installer experience preferred.
• 5+ years in equipment installation or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of single-phase electrical power equipment.
• Experience using dispatch systems and customer support.
• Proficient with MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day installation operations to meet schedules.
• Coordinate installation schedules, labor needs, and priorities.
• Serve as first escalation point for installation issues.
• Provide hands-on coaching and mentoring to installers.
• Review work orders, labor, parts, and records for accuracy.
• Monitor installation inventory of tools, materials, equipment, and vehicles.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and training of installers.
• Promote safe work practices and proper use of tools and equipment.
• Partner with management on performance feedback and scheduling.
