Qualifications

• 8+ years in sales, business development or commercial leadership.
• Strong background serving firefighter/public-safety markets.
• Proven track record leading teams and achieving revenue goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a California-wide sales strategy for the Fire Business Unit.
• Lead, coach, and evaluate the California Fire sales team; drive revenue and margin.
• Manage key relationships with fire departments, end users, and suppliers.
• Collaborate with product management, operations and finance on bids and contracts.
