Job summary

Quest Energy Group seeks a seasoned Regional Operations Manager to lead Fire Protection & Life Safety ITR across California locations, owning regional P&L, improving service delivery, and driving growth while upholding safety and compliance.

You will bring 8+ years in leadership, NFPA and OSHA knowledge, and a proven ability to build strong client relationships and high-performing teams; NICET certification is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in regional or multi-location operations with P&L responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of fire protection and life safety systems.
• Experience leading teams and managing customer relationships.
• Familiarity with NFPA standards and OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue, profitability, cash flow, forecasting, and operating results.
• Optimize field operations, resources, equipment, and service delivery.
• Develop and lead high-performing regional teams across multiple locations.
• Strengthen key accounts and ensure quality and reliability of service.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and NFPA standards and regulations.
• Identify operational improvements and support growth initiatives.
