Job summary

Eurofins Scientific is seeking a Field Service Engineer I/II - Calibration Technician to perform calibrations, qualifications, preventive maintenance and repairs on pipettes and various small laboratory instruments. The role includes travel to customer sites and adherence to GDP and SOPs, with a focus on accurate documentation and safety.

Qualifications

• Two- or four-year degree in a related science field plus 0–1 years (FSE I) or 1–3 years (FSE II) experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform calibration/qualification and preventative maintenance on pipettes.
• Travel to customer sites to perform calibrations and PMs.
• Troubleshoot and repair small laboratory equipment in field or lab.
• Manage personal parts inventory.
• Complete administrative paperwork and reports promptly.
• Adhere to GDP and SOPs; follow safety guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Maintain client confidentiality.
