Job summary

The role requires strong organizational, communication, and hands-on technical skills to ensure quality customer experiences and efficient lab operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Basic to intermediate proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to keep accurate records.
• Work involves sitting, standing, walking, reaching, bending, and handling materials.
• Performs repetitive handling of pipettes and small components.
• Provide references prior to interview.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process customer equipment for calibration, repair, and preventative maintenance.
• Prepare customer quotes and process purchase orders.
• Communicate with customers regarding service updates, findings, and approvals.
• Maintain accurate work orders and service records in the CRM system.
• Coordinate equipment shipping and receiving activities.
• Perform preventative maintenance on Thermo Fisher Scientific pipettes and assist in basic service.
