Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform precise calibration, repair and maintenance on customer pipettes, ensuring they meet defined performance and quality standards.
• Complete services with high attention to detail and accurately documenting work performed and results in required systems.
• Ensure service activities are recorded with detail and in a timely manner for invoicing and Quality Management System requirements.
• Monitor and address all service order needs (status updates, parts, documentation) to keep workflows smooth and traceable.
• Provide clear updates to customers and stakeholders on service status, findings and next steps.
