Amity Foundation in Vacaville, CA seeks compassionate Cal MHSA Certified Peer Navigator to teach life skills and family relations in prison programs. The role involves delivering CBI curriculum, developing action plans, and documenting progress.

You will work with CDCR/CCHCS staff, collaborate with institutions, and support participants daily. On-site, full-time position with medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits; growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Cal MHSA Certified Peer Navigator required.
• Certification number on resume prioritized.
• Scheduled Cal MHSA Test date acceptable.

Responsabilités

• Facilitate CBI Life Skills and Family Relations classes using evidence based and standardized curriculum.
• Conduct class and provide make-up work; develop action plans as needed.
• Evaluate and document progress of participants in classes.
• Engage participants daily and reinforce group norms and expectations.
• Document delivery of CBI programming services in ARMS.
• Collaborate with CDCR/CCHCS HQ, local institutions and contracted staff.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
